Ben returned to my home today to fix my first generation (1980) Delta tub faucet after suggesting that we apply penetrating oil to the frozen nut in order to loosen the minerals from our hard water. He successfully removed the calcium coated nut and swapped out the leaking parts with new parts. I was thrilled he was able to take care of this for me! Ben is knowledgeable and explained the work he completed, showing me the parts he replaced, and answered my questions about this project. I definitely recommend his services! After getting an extremely high quote from another well known plumbing company that didn’t come when they promised and broke other promises, didnt even have the part and had to order it, i went on yelp for others to quote.
